4 weeks from today I will be on a plane on my way home. It's so weird to think that my time here is almost over and it's going to go so quickly. Anyways, since I've last made a post I have been pretty much just spending my time writing a paper, watching the British version of the show Skins, and spending time with my friends. Nothing too exciting. The weather has been kind of crappy the past couple of days but it seems like it's a little bit nicer today. I'm probably going to head to the library and return some books and pick up some groceries. Today starts the day of really studying for my math finals. I have one on May 26th and one on May 31st. It's kind of nice having so much time to study for them but at the same time I would like to just get them over with. I'm also starting to think to pack away some of my winter stuff to get them out of the way.
So last night I had to hand in my paper and I emailed it to the email address we were told to email but afterwards I decided to check to make sure it opened and everything. Well, turns out I sent them a version of the paper that my mom sent me which showed all the changes she made and they were highlighted. I freaked out right away and had to spend the next 45 minutes trying to fix it. I managed to fix it which is good but it was extremely frustrating. My whole grade is based off of these papers. For one of them I think I already get 2 points off because I went over the word count and didn't realize it was that big of deal until AFTER I handed it in. The word count includes the title page and citations which I find to be ridiculous. Oh well. I still think I did pretty well on the paper so it shouldn't hurt me too much. The next couple of blog entries I'm probably going to focus on things that I've learned this semester and maybe I'll finally rewrite that blog for all the entries that got deleted.
