It's hard to believe that this time next week, I will be in Wales probably just finished settling into my room. It feels like just yesterday I applied and received the acceptance letter into the program. This whole preparation process has gone by so quickly. On Friday, Kim had a going away party for me which was a lot of fun and it was good to hang out with some friends from New Paltz before going home.
Now that there is about 6 days before I leave, the main thing that I have to do is get packing. I've laid out all my clothes, I just need to go through them to make sure I'm not packing too much. From what I can see now it doesn't look that bad. Packing for 5 months in a suitcase is a little hard to do. I think what I have packed is good though. I'm proud of myself. Especially since I'm known for overpacking. I still have to pick up a couple other things to pick up like a converter and adapter. After that, I will be all set and ready to go :-) Hopefully, I'll have it all done by the weekend so I can enjoy it with the people I love :-)
